Sync apps-Appigo and Toodledo

ok I am frustrated and about to give up! hours lost.
My issue: I loaded Windows 7 and nothing works anymore.
WHen download toodleedo sync (desktop) it prompts to enter Toodledo id (no prob 24 number I get from web toodledo app) and the password (use my toodledo password) I get authorization failed and the toodledo id and password are valid!
Appigo sync (desktop), downloaded see the general , device , and advnace tabs. When I click on device, nothing is there ,,,, my iphone is not listed as a device... so I can not enter the passcode .
nightmare I have loaded, reloaded , everything ,,, I am about to give up
