How do I stop or manage my ical email reminders

I am not sure if it is Toodledo, Google Calendar or ical but I get these:
New Event: Tasks for Sunday (May 22) @ Sun May 22, 2011 (Toodledo)
emails with a link to an empty calendar event in GCal (google calendar).
Does anyone know where to adjust the settings or even to stop the emails that clutter my email every day, I am not sure if they are even reminders at all since there is nothing in the email and the link directs me to an empty gcal event page and I get several per day.
