Chormatic Dragon Error

I get this error with chromatic dragon: Error during Syncrhonization: Exception from HRESULT:0xCC57000E. I just started using Dragon and my goal is to get my tasks from outlook to dragon to my android phone using pocket informant. I have not imported anything into toodledo yet.
