Does it work? (Currently i am testing sync with the free version of toodledo and using Appigo Todo's projects or lists function ends up in unordered tasks in toodledo) Thanks!

Yes, it does work. You need to go into your settings (here: http://www.toodledo.com/account_edit.php?edit=19) to enable subtasks.
