HI I have been using Version 1.0.1.7 for a while with pleasure:
I have a Toodledo pro account, Outlook 2010 on Exchange. Today installed Version 1.0.1.8 and it does sync anymore. I always get the following error: SyncApp.exe Error: 0 : Error during synchronization: There is an error in XML document (3, 41). I have unistalled several times, deleted the APPDATA folder, deleted tasks (OUCH) but there is no way to let it work again. I followed all the tips I found in this and Chromadragon forum with no success. I would like to test Version 1.0.1.7 again, but I have no copy of it. Can somebody help me? Thanks Carlo |

Having exactly the same problem but do not get any error warnings. The 1.0.1.8 app is just not syncing the data to Toodledo.
Does anybody know if this is being fixed? |

I am not technical at all. Got back from holiday and toodledo had stopped syncing with outlook early Feb. Really don't know how to start sorting this out...
Have been happily toodledoing for a couple of years now and would hate to lose my helpful friend! Any ideas? |

I'm having this same problem... a sync appears to be happening but no data is actually updated on my iPhone (or iPad). I'm really disappointed to see no response from Toodledo on this thread. It's making me feel I can't rely on this tool...
Oh... okay. I just updated to 2.1.9 and syncing appears to be working now. This message was edited Apr 13, 2011. |
