Syncing the Toodledo App

I have an itouch. Most times I'm am not near a WiFi area. I have not yet purchased the toodledo app because I want to be sure that it will sync with my computer through the USB cable. Does anyone know if the app requires a WIFi connection?

The app requires an internet connection. No apps can sync via the USB cable.
