Hello, I am new here and am unable to find an answer.
I import from Outlook Tasks 2007, then toodledo loads it. If I sync again, it loads it again. If I sync again, it loads again. I then have 2,3,4,5 uploads of the same tasks (duplicate, triplicate). How do I simply replace my toodledo tasks, rather than have another of the same task duplicated in toodledo? Thank you. |

Importing and exporting do not work quite the same as syncing. If you are simply importing your tasks from Outlook, even if they were already on Toodledo, they will be added as new tasks. The only way to avoid duplication is to delete the previous versions of the tasks. There is a tool to actually sync with outlook. You can look for in under import/export/sync, or go to the developers site here: http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
If you are already using the tool, and still getting duplicates, you should contact the developer directly from the site, or post in the Third Party Applications forum. |
