I don't understand why a notebook with a note in it suddenly appears in To-Do as a new List. Is this because I'm synced and if so how do you UN siync?
thanks lm |

If I understand your question correctly, this is because Folders are shared between the Notebook and To-Do list sections of Toodledo. We have thought about providing a way to have Notebook folders and To-Do folders that are separated, but this is still on our to-do list.

Yes,
this would be great to avoid the cluttering of to-do especially if plan to use notebook for considerable content. Otherwise I'll keep Evernote for most of my notes |

I also think it would be great to be able to turn certain folders off from the task area. It was suggested here: https://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/870/0/hide-folders.html
I wouldn't really want completely separate sets of folders, but I like the idea of having some shared, and others for notes or tasks only. Also, as an evernote user, you might be interested in looking at this script written by fellow Toodledoer saskia.x that allows for "pseudo-links to evernotes from tasks: https://www.toodledo.com/forums/8/1786/0/integration-with-evernote.html This message was edited May 12, 2009. |
