Search for running timer(s)?

There has been some talk about ways of seeing only the tasks with a running timer. Is there a way to do this currently? I think creating a saved search would work but "running" or "on" is not an option under the timer search categories. How are you doing this now?

If you sort by clicking on the heading of the "Timer" column, all the running timers will be at the top of your list in descending order of length, followed by paused timers, followed by no timer.
