We plan on using folders to seperate job check lists. Each check list will be exactly the same. Is there a way to copy and past every thing in a folder so we do not have to retype every thing into a new job folder. Also it would be nice on the sorting by date entered if there was the option of having the first thing entered at the top of the list.

I don't believe this is possible. But you can duplicate tasks with a group of subtasks and them move them to each differing folder. That is probably your easiest way.
Or you can use the multiple tasks tool to create a group of tasks. In doing that, you can assign which folder the tasks should belong to. Then copy/paste that again and assign a different folder. Definitely possible... |

If you use subtasks, you can easily duplicate an entire checklist. We announced this functionality recently.
If you need to use Folders, it will be a multi-step process. You would need to use our export tools to export a CSV file. Then open this in Excel and delete everything that you don't want to copy. Then change the folder name for all the tasks and import the resulting file back into Toodledo. |
