Does anyone know how I can save a task in multiple folders. I want to save tasks by client name and functional category. Thanks.

As far as I know, you cannot. Maybe you can use tags for this.

There are several fields that you can use besides Folder: Context, Tags, Goal and Location. You can enable them by going to Modify Fields/Functions Used in Settings.

This is currently not possible, but it's on our to-do list.
