Sometimes I forget to turn off the other task that I am tracking so I ended up having 2 or more trackers running :s
Is there a setting that I can use that says track only task at a time?

No, there isn't a setting like this, but you can make a saved search with the rule "timer is more than 0" which will show all of your tasks with timers and then you can scan down the list to find those that are running.
