Hi, I just created a new account in order to post this but I really need to get into my old account but forgot my password. Whenever I click on the "get password" link and fill out my email, it never arrives. I know my email account is working as I am sending and recieving messages through it as I type this request.
Please look into the password reset / email portion to verify it is functioning properly. I am stuck and really want to be able to get back into my account. Thanks. |

I just tried it and got a new password email in less than a minute. Make sure to check your spam folder, and that you are entering the same email you used to sign up.

Thank you. I do not know if it was trapped by spam or not. I cleared it all out and tried again. It worked great. I will remember that next time.
