Hi, both our Director and 2 team members have Subscription level with Toodledo. I am personally getting Shared Folder tasks with our Director however the 2nd member of our team isn't, despite us seeming to have the same setting. Can anyone help? Ideally before tomorrow [Fri 12th Aug] as I'm on holiday! Thanks, Stephanie

It probably has something to do with the permissions that your other team member has setup with the Director in their account under the Collaboration Settings section. It could also be that the other team member has made those folders private.
If you can create a support ticket, we can look into it in more detail. |

Thanks Jake, appreciate that. I'm with the member of staff at 10am. If we can't sort it then I'll ask her to setup a support ticket. How would we do that?
