Two-Factor Authentication

I use two-factor authentication for every site that supports it and am quite experienced with it. I am glad that Toodledo supports it but I find that even though I check the boxes for remember me, I have to re-enter the authentication code very frequently. It is not my cookies settings and I don't have this problem with other sites. This seems to be a bug with Toodledo's implementation. I would very much like to be able to trust a computer for 30 days, as I can with other sites.
