I have found at times now that I really don't have a task completed but no longer need it in my list. I don't want to delete it due to the notes/attachments I might have added. Is there a way to inactivate a task to have it NOT appear without it being deleted?

Have you tried setting the Status to Cancelled and then hiding tasks with a "Deferred Status" using the Filter Options (the eye beside SORT on the web app) settings.
There are currently seven different Deferred statuses to choose from. Check the Help for more information if this seem like the right tool for you. Another option would be to set the Priority to "-1 Negative" and use the Filter Options to hide Negative Priority tasks. |
