BUG: Editing an Item in Action Lists Closes the App in IOS10

I just upgraded my iPad to IOS10. When I go into an Action List and choose one of the items, as soon as I try to edit it (double tap) the whole application shuts down. I'm not able to double tap to select. All the other functions that I use appear to work correctly. It's just the double tab. I can hold my finger down and slide the handles to make a selection larger, so I'm not stuck in the water, but it's habit to double tab. Very frustrating. Is there a fix for this?
Continued trying to use this application and find that it closes for other reasons like space bar. I'm going to have to stop using it until there can be an update.
