How do I add an item under a "Note" I created named Photography? I have several items under this heading but dont know how to add another. Something has changed since I last tried to do this.

There is a yellow "+ Add note" button at the top of the page that you can press to make a new note. You can them put it into your "Photography" folder by clicking the folder icon near the Notes title and selecting the new folder.
