How to automatically remove complete item in list

I can't find a setting to remove completed items in a list. As you can imagine it is frustrating when I mark things off on a grocery list and it stays there as a completed item. Has this been grouped under the same setting for tasks? ie. I set completed tasks to be deleted after 2 months - although it doesn't display in the All or Hotlist view when completed.
I hope this setting is not applicable to lists as well. |

AFAIK, neither lists or outlines do remove items automatically if you check them off. However, using an outline would probably be better for you - you can manually delete all checked items or just hide them.

This is controlled via a filter. In the Tasks section, click the "eye" icon in the blue toolbar and uncheck "recently completed tasks" to hide completed tasks. If you are using a List or Outline instead, there is a filter there as well in the toolbar.
