It's there a way to recover a deleted note (under "notes," not a note in a task)?

I would try with creating support ticket, maybe they will be able to recover that, I don't think there is such option in user interface.

Sorry, once a note is deleted, its deleted. We don't have an "Undelete Note" function yet.
