When I toggle Sub Tasks I am getting an error which asks me if I want to continue to run a script??

Toodledo uses a lot of Javascript, but you shouldn't get warnings like that. Does that message appear when you do other things like toggle notes? Also, what browser are you using?

Yes, please let us know what browser you are using and what the exact wording of the error is so that we can find the bug and squash it.
