iPhone no longer syncs with silver subscription account

Accidentally deleted ToDo app from my iPhone. When downloaded again, iPhone no longer synced with account. Not a username or password issue. Diagnostic record shows failure to retrieve subscription credentials. What needs to be reset? Asking for a password reset fails to generate an email.
