sharing then closing account

I will be sharing my task list with the other people in my office, but then I am leaving my employer and will be deactivating my account. Is there a way the others can SAVE my task list as their own, so they don't have to manually enter everything?

That, and you can also give your account to your employer when you leave so they can do what they want with it.
