Parent task sorting

I read in the forum that if the parent/subtask sort criteria is chosen, the parents would be sorted by number of subtask/child they have. What is the second rule of sorting... if two parent task have the same number of subtask.. how is this order determined

It will then be determined by the second sort criteria that you have selected.
