Option to have completed tasks deleted "never"

In longer term projects and some other cases, having a reference archive of what was done is quite useful. It is quite easy for those who want to delete these older tasks to do so using a simple search and batch edit. Additionally in the new interface deleting is really easy with the trash icon. shelby
