HELP! I cannot get through the workplace firewall or proxy

Hi everyone,

Sorry if it has been asked before, but I have searched and cannot find the answer.

I am absolutely new, just join last week, but cannot do any sync because I am asked about the proxy setting. Obviously the proxy or firewall of my workplace has blocked it. Although I can access internet and e-mail, the sync cannot go through the 'proxy'. I have been successful using Google Calendar Sync with Outlook but would like to try Toodled.

Can anyone tell me step by step how to do it? I have tried enter the url of the proxy and port, but no luck.

Sorry, I don't know how that is set up, but you should post your question in the Third Party Applications Forum where the Outlook sync tool's developer can find it.
