Is there a way to show only the next actions (top task in a folder)?
What about dependent actions that should only be shown after completing a certain task (that is, the previous task in the list)? I think that only showing the top task of all folders is the best way to do it. But... can I do it? |

You can do this easily by creating a search and saving it.

I'm not sure what you mean by "top task in a folder" but if you are using status to designate Next Action, you can see them all by going to Status view, and then the Next Action tab: http://www.toodledo.com/views/status.php?i=1
All saved searches can be accessed through Search view: http://www.toodledo.com/views/search.php It will be listed as whatever name you gave it when you saved the search. Here is more on the advanced search interface: http://www.toodledo.com/info/search.php |

Oh, wait. It's only now that I enabled the Status option and saw it has Next Actions and Active options. That's great. Thank you.
