Good morning! Long time user and love love the software. This is the first time I'm having an issue. Charged for upgrade after my subscription range out on the 30th. Still not seeing the change on my profile which means I can't send in a support ticket while stuck in the "free" version. Can someone help me out here?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems like you entered your payment method after subscription expiration and that caused a new subscription that didn‘t link to your profile.
We took care of this from the backend and you should be all set!
