Every since the large update I've been having two problems. I've communicated with customer support several times with no resolution and no follow-up. And each time it is the same - "send us screenshots, log out and log in". Very frustrating.
Does anyone know how to escalate the issue" I"ve loved ToodleDo for years and it has been great but I need to get these two things fiexed. 1 - The content on my lists has disappeared and it is no longer functional though, on occasion, it makes an appearance on my mobile app. 2 - As I am putting in a new title, it often autocorrects to a few letters. So, if I am writing "professional", halfway through the work it will autocorrect to something like "fsi" Very frustrating. Help. |

I put in a ticket a month ago. about problems with my tasks duplicating automatically.
I got a canned response that I need to make sure I am using the updated app. I don't use the app but it is updated. After that got instructions to sign out of every device and sign back in, I have deleted the app... One month later a week of silence. App is still duplicating . a week ago I sent specifics, which toodledo app/web I am using, browser... No response. I too have been using Toodledo for many years and loved it. I bought lifetime. Happy the new owners were happy to honor it. I have not been able to use it for a over a month. Before someone says it, yes I have entered multiple help desk tickets which they responded it was better to email them. I have been doing both. I had 90 tasks when I logged in this morning. I marked complete all but 20, this evening I have 237 This message was edited 5 days ago. |
