GTD has six levels which are:
Horizon 5: Purpose and principles Horizon 4: Three- to five-year vision Horizon 3: One- to two-year goals and objectives Horizon 2: Areas of focus and accountability Horizon 1: Projects Ground: Calendar/actions But, Toodledo only has three levels which is not enough So, I have correlated them as follows Toodledo============GTDHorizons Lifestyle----------------------Horizon 5: Purpose and principles Long-term-------------------Horizon 4: Three-to-five-year vision Short-term------------------Horizon 3: One-to-two-year goals and objectives But there is no Horizon 2: Areas of focus and accountability which is lacking in Toodledo However, as it is traditionally used in GTD, Area of Focus is not a Goal. It is a way of distinguishing broad classes of tasks. Typically GTD recommends using Personal, Family, Home meaning Accommodation, Work Main Job, Work Second/Additional Income Please can another column be added which would allow these options to be separately manipulated.
