Hi
I have a recurring project which I'd like to schedule. Almost every day, I will have mulitple parts of multiple projects to do. Each projct is pread out so that on day one, I do task one, day 3 I do task 2, day 5 I do task 3 and so on. These tasks must be allocated on the next available working day. Is there a way I can set up a folder of this recurring task and then trigger it to populate my to do list...or is there a better way to manage this rather than manually? Thanks in advance Barry |

Sorry...I think I need to clarify thi. If task one starts on day one, how can I set task 2 to start 2 days after task one in a task template. Thats really my questions.

Dates are the one thing that does not work very well with Templates since dates are specific (not relative). Whenever you use a template, you are bound to have to change dates, so I just leave the date blank in templates, and add the dates when I clone it into another project.
