Folder names missing from task

I created folder names and attached them to my tasks. I have the options "Do not map Outlook Categories" switched on. I also have "refresh folders and enable" switched off. When I ran a manual sync I received the message that 28 previously Outlook synced tasks would be deleted from Tooledo. I OK'ed the message.

All tasks now have "no folder" in the folder column. The folder tabs are still visible.

Any idea what would cause this and how I can prevent this from happening again?

I don't know why this is happening. You'll need to contact the developer of the Outlook sync tool, since it wasn't made by us.
