I have the HTC Hero and just downloaded the Toodle Droid app. I have a Toodledo account. I can't get logged in with Toodle Droid. I keeps telling and "error logging in" screen. I have the correct Email and Password for my account. Any ideas whats wrong? Thanks for your help.

It could be that Toodledroid does not support the Hero, but I really don't know. It is a third party application, so you will have to contact its developers for support. I have seen their website, and I couldn't find any contact links, so it may not be easy to do so. You could also try posting in the Third Party Applications forum, and perhaps another user of the app might have some advice.

Someone has apparently gotten Toodledroid working with the Hero, so it is not a device compatibility issue. See the highlighted post near the bottom of this thread: http://www.toodledo.com/forums/6/240/-15249/read.html And here is a thread already going about the app in the Third Party Applications forum: http://www.toodledo.com/forums/8/3209/0/toodledroid-android-client.html One thing you could try is changing your login email and/or password for Toodledo, especially if either has unusual characters in it. That is a common problem with newer apps. |
