Folders disappear on website and iPod Touch

Love Toodledo but have had problems over last 4-5 days with the following problem.
1) Log in to website and notice that all folders have been erased
2) Check the Folders section and find archived folders checked but no active folders remaining
3) Re-enter Folders and assign to tasks
4) No worries, synch with iPod Touch, and proper folders get carried over and reflected there
5) Log in the next day and find that folders disappear again
6) Repeat steps 1-5
Not sure whether this is an issue with iPod Touch synching or something related to my specific account. Pro user - please help - thanks!

It's hard to say, but it is certainly due to something syncing. What third-party apps are you using with Toodledo.
When the folders cease to exist on the website, do they still exist on the iPhone?
