iPhone out of sync

Although I have just synced my iPhone I can see only 72 of my 115 tasks in the browser.
I have already checked the filter settings but the remaining tasks do not come up.
What could be the reason?

Can you please elaborate a little about how you synced. Does the iPhone have all the tasks, but the website doesn't? Have you tried the steps here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=76
Can you figure out which tasks are missing? A certain folder, completed tasks, future tasks, etc?
