Would it be possible to add priorities for Toodledo on the iPod touch? Alternatively, under hotlist settings, don't include tasks with Top Priority.

I don't quite understand what you mean,
If you mean being able to choose the order the 1st page item. Yes,, I think we all agree it is much needed.
