I set up the newest Toodledo Sync tool for Outlook yesterday as well as installed the Toodledo app on an iphone. The sync is working ok, however, about 10 tasks on his Outlook w/ yesterdays date are not coming over to the iPhone, any reasons for this?

There are two links in the chain. Outlook to website and website to iPhone. Can you tell which link is breaking? Are the tasks making it to the website from Outlook?
