Synced tasks appear in Outlook at 12am?

I have discovered that I cannot see these tasks because they were posted before my workday - at 12am! - so I have to scroll up to find them. How do I get it so that the tasks appear for the day and not any specific time, so that they are at the top of the Outlook calendar and not buried in the wee hours of the morning? Thanks.
