Hello

First, sorry for my english ;-)

Synchronisation from 2do to Toodledo is ok. But not the other way.
I explain : i create a new task on 2do and it is properly synchronized with 2do. But when i create a new task on Toodledo or if i mark a task is performed, it's not synchronized with 2do.

How can i do?

I haven't tried 2do but my understanding is that it would work like all other iPhone apps that sync with Toodledo, that is via the API. So Toodledo itself is not doing the syncing, the 2do app is. Which means that their sync code is probably not working correctly.

2do is a third party application, so you'll need to contact that developer with your questions.
