How do I get my checked off and already moved completed tasks to be taken off the list emailed to me each day?? I only want my current to dos being sent via email!

Are you talking about the hotlist? Completed tasks (with a checkmark) should never be emailed. Perhaps you didn't fully complete the tasks.

How do you "fully" complete a task. I just have been checking them, but then they are still emailed. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe they are repeating tasks. When you check off a repeating task, it is rescheduled and may appear in your emailed hotlist again.
