Syncing with Outlook 2003

I keep getting the tasks doubled by the syncing process, and the additional ones don't have a "folder" associated with them, even though, in Outlook, each has a category with the task, and when I set up the sync, I believe I chose to have a folder created for each category from Outlook?? What have I done wrong to keep getting this doubling of the tasks?
