If the FireFox add-in fails its authentication, then any ToDo items submitted from FireFox fail silently. I think the correct behavior should be that they fail with a warning or error.
I noticed this after changing my password on the website but forgetting to change it on the FireFox addin. It took me three or four failed submissions of ToDos from the browser (they simply didn't appear in my Toodledo list) before I realized what the problem was.

It should give a warning, but they might be getting blocked by a popup blocker. I'll check on it. Thanks for letting us know.
