Restore Disappeared To-Dos?

Today my online ToodleDo To-Do list showed no tasks, they disappeared.
I checked my iPhone to see that my tasks were still there, but then the iPhone automatically initiated a sync and the tasks melted away as it synced with the empty web server. Is there any explanation why the tasks disappeared off the web server in the first place? Is there any way I can restore my tasks back to yesterday, before all this happened? |

I am sorry that some of your tasks were deleted. Unless you have been keeping our own backups, there is no way to restore your account to a previous state. In every case that we have heard about this happening it was because of a third-party application that you are syncing with Toodledo. It usually the Outlook Sync software, but sometimes something else. Please try contacting the company that makes the third-party software that you are using.
