Sort Not Working

Hi,
I try to sort my tasks first by Due Date, then by Priority. However, the sot by Priority does not work. Can someone let me know what i may doing doing wrong to keep the sort from occurring?

When sorting by due-date it also sorts by due-time. That may make it appear like the priority is not working.
