Toodledo to Outlook synch problem

Tasks that I add on my iphone make their way to Toodledo but NEVER show up in Outlook. I seem to have tried toggling different settings but with no luck. I am an emergency/crisis responder and twice now, this problem has added chaos to already challenging situations. Would greatly appreciate any assistance possible to remedy this. Thanks
