I have a pro subscription and I do not see the advanced reminder functionality (i.e. the ability to receive reminders a few mins. before a task is due)... this is happening on the web version of toodledo as well as the gmail integrated version I am running. I tested in chrome, IE and firefox and I am not seeing this advanced functionality (and my account is confirmed as PRO when I logg into toodledo)
However, I do see it allows me to set the reminder at 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hr, etc, etc before a task is due on the iphone? Frustrating because this is the 5th application Ive paid for and tested that seems to have this feature broken... Im desperate to find something that allows me to flag reminders 15,30, 1hr, 2hr, etc before they are due.. dont know why it's been so hard to find one. |

It sounds like you do not have the "due-time" field enabled. If you don't have the time field enabled, then you can't get reminders at a specific time. You can turn this on in your account settings.
