RSS should not show tasks from private folder

Setting the folder to private can hide the tasks from public through view the page, but if RSS enabled, those tasks become public to rss reader.

I like toodledo very much so far, hope this is a easy fix.

The RSS feature is intended to be used privately by only you, which is why private folders are inside it, but we do plan to make this an option in the future so that you can get RSS feeds for only certain folders.
