I'm looking for a solution and I THINK Toodledo might have what I'm looking for. I've not been able to find specifics, though.
I need a program that will: Have a centralized to-do list for the dept. Allow any user to add a task to the list. Assign that task to a specific person. Have a template for an assignment with 10 sub tasks that can be assigned once a month to different people. Questions: Will Toodledo allow all these things? Do I need to sign up for one of the advanced versions? Any best practices that will help? Thanks everyone! |

It is not currently possible to have a centralized to-do list for multiple people, but we plan to add this in a future update.

Yes, the Pro version allows you to assign tasks to another Pro user.
Take a look at Private Sharing in this Help topic: Collaboration and Sharing. |
