Not seeing the hand for creating sub-tasks

Toodledo says I can drag and drop tasks when they are in a folder to create tasks and sub-tasks. Screenshots show a small hand icon to the left of each task and supposedly you can use this to drag tasks onto other tasks to create sub-tasks. I do not see these hand icons. I see a box looking thing instead. I have launched a pro version trial but I still don't see this small hand icon. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi - In your account settings make sure you have Subtasks enabled. You can also set some sort options for them there as well.
