Hello,
I've spent hours on here trying to resolve this seemingly simple issue. I have Hotlist set to show 3-Top OR items due in the next 30 days. Oddly only some of the items show up. All the items are active and no filters have been applied. This should be a simple setting. I have created a seperate "saved search" where I re-specify showing tasks to be completed within the 30 days and I get the right listing, but I can't see that on the main Hotlist in the web-based ToodleDo interface or my iPhone. Any help or suggestions? Oddly, I get what I am after using ToDo, a competitive application that also synchs with ToodleDo, AND is set to synch using ToodleDo settings, but renders properly on my iPhone. Thanks, Grant |

The hotlist will hide tasks with a future start-date and with a due-date modifier.

Thanks for your message. I checked out the link. I can see all the tasks I want now, but many I don't want on the Hotlist.
Here are my settings: At least a priority of '1 Medium' or a due date in the next 30 days. IF it was "and a due date in the next 30 days" instead of "or" I think I would have what I want. Can you tell me is there a simple way to show the tasks that are due, and overdue currently, in the next 30 days on the Hotlist? Regards, Grant |

Not currently, but you can make a saved search to do this.
